“Well, I give 3 starts because every other ampm I go to always has hot food and baked goods, but don't expect this one to have any in the morning for you, or at all. How are you not gonna have baked goods when people are getting coffee in the morning? I could understand this when covid first hit, but now it seems they got used to not cooking and now cook to a minimal.No lotto either,how smart is that? I literally drive to a further ampm for this reason vs walking distance at this location. That says a lot. P.s. to be fair , there could be many reasons and I do shop here for other items, just for mornings or if I want hot food from am pm I know it is almost guaranteed at another am pm. I dont want to put this am pm in a completely negative light, I dont think that is fair.. I've never had any problems with staff here. I think my review was a bit harsh.. it could have just been coincidence that everytime I went in ; for some reason there was nothing ... and I never asked why. I will change my rating to 4 stars.”

“First time here and it’s definitely my favorite one! I was looking for a new place to study and I’m glad I gave this location a chance. It’s very spacious! I found a room in the back and I was there for almost 2.5 hours. I thought that when I ordered thru the app and entered in my table number, they would bring the food to my table. Instead, I had to go up and get my food. But it’s okay there wasn’t a lot of ppl when I was there so I wasn’t worried someone would steal my laptop and personal belongings. It got busier around noon and others joined in the same study area, but the 2 other ladies were really nice. I’ll definitely be back here very soon!”

“This is the best location pep boys in OC. The service technicians are all great and super fast. The service managers will get you in and out asap. They actually care. Usually come here for my Oil changed and most minor repairs. Recently had a tow hitch put on our SUV. $75 to install the hitch and hook up the electrical to. What a deal. Everyone else wanted we'll over $100 just to put up the hitch. Great prices and warranty on names brand tires to. I think pep boys is literally the only place I've bought tires from in the last 2] plus years. All around, you can't beat pep boys.”

“Came here for the first time and I had a great experience. This is such an awesome concept for self service shopping. The dash carts are really cool!! You never have to take your wallet out.. all you do is grab a dash cart, scan a code to use the cart and you’re on your way!! The cart knows what you put in & take out of the cart. It’ll show you what you add on the screen and even give you a total! When you’re all done shopping, you head towards checkout and as soon as you pass the area, it’ll charge your card on file for your Amazon account. Super cool. They even have fresh sushi!! And I must give credit... it was actually really good!! The interior of the store was very clean and well kept. It’s basically a Whole Foods but with Amazon tech. It’s totally worth going!!”

Knowledgeable in the cars they're selling so much so Jeremy sold us on a car before even test driving it (he told us wait for the hard part he had more to show us). No bullsh*t tactics and if there were any the team is so transparent with their work it made anything they did comfortable. Every question asked they answered with respect and made you feel that they understood you're investing in something big. Everything was so quick and easy and never spent such a short amount of time during the financial stage. The "intimidating" paper work was straight to the point, easy, comfortable, and very understandable. Their work dynamic made you confident in doing business with them. Parking is great and there are other great stores around :D Update1: I had to buy a lot of shoes for my friends and family. I love the 50% off on the second pair. Not a bad deal. Staff is still tired. The variety of shoes seem constant. Now they have Skecher watches which really puzzles me but we will see. Also, some times, the store is a mess because I think there is lack of staff. Still love the store. Update2: They really need more staff. The staff is clearly overworked. Also, the checkout is very slow because the staff is too tired. Also, really hard to get someone to help. Still great prices!”
