“It’s interesting the way this happened. Our oven was not giving any heat, the dishwasher for some weird reason would randomly not want to start at all and then some days start just fine, when it wasn’t working, it would still show the power on, and on top of that, 1 of my stove burners or pilot light would not light up. I am a lil bit of a handyman and I usually prefer to handle small jobs myself rather than call someone I don’t know (although I'm also quite the procrastinator). I was content ignoring the stove burner not lighting and the dishwasher not starting at times but the Mrs. had reached her wits end when the oven stopped heating, - when she loses her mind that’s when it’s time for me to stop procrastinating. Accidently I googled “liberty appliance repair” when I was intending to type “LA easy appliance repair” . I believe I mistyped and my browser took “liberty” . There happens to be a couple of Liberty Appliance's but I'm far from Lomita or Ripon so I clicked on someone’s website. I entered a request for service on that site, and continued looking for apliance repair companies under “la easy appliance repair”. I ended up called 2 other local companies who didn't answer, and then got a call back from a woman at the website that I had submitted my request to. Got an appointment with them the next morning. I must admit I was anticipating the typical plumber’s crack rough type of guy. He turned out to be a cleancut guy, came on time, had the part we needed for the oven with him, he had the ignitor for the burner with him, had great manners which my wife felt the need to point out how bad mine are, and quickly got to work on both, he tested the temperatures on the oven, while working on the dishwasher. The dishwasher ended up being a main circuit board faulty and the guy easily could have sold us on fixing it but instead he was honest and explained that the cost of a new circuit board and installing it would just about cost as much as a new dishwasher. I thought that was honest advice and my wife of course jumped on it. So we're looking for a new dishwasher at the moment, but think I got lucky on finding them and they do deserve a bit more recognition so that is why I'm posting this story. We’re Definitely Satisfied. ”
