I've been taking my 2 dogs to this place since 2009 and my experience has been great & consistent for the most part. The prices are very good, the service at check-in has been decent, and the wait times have been kind of long but severely so.

The reason I'm knocking off 1 star is because Dr. Tamura, although she seems competent and very experienced, doesn't spend enough time talking to you about your pet & seems rushed for time. If you ask her questions, then she'll answer them, which is good, but she doesn't go into much detail after she has just finished examining my dog. So, you might want to do some reading in your own first and come with specific questions.
