To all it maybe Life Changing,I was asked to give a review ofmy on-going experience withthe Pa Kua International League.The name sounds a bit overwhelming,but the people are genuine;along with what you'll learn!I started with Tai Chi, become moreinterested and took up Archery,Yoga, and finally Martial Arts.The sole idea is that you're competingagainst yourself.
