  Love this gym. The best workouts with the best trainers. It's always changing so you never get bored. So worth every minute and dollar spent!

  I cannot rave about OC Fit enough! By far, one of the most energizing, engaging, motivating and challenging workout places I've been to. I go to a couple locations and am familiar with all the trainers who truly care about helping you improve yourself. They'll push you as far as you're willing to go, and can modify when needed (like when I was pregnant). They helped me shed all the post-baby weight with their nutrition challenges and awesome classes and motivated me to sign up for unlimited so I can come more often. I never want to leave Orange County because I never want to leave this place. If you want to make a change in your health this is the PERFECT place to start!

  Amazing fast paced workout...the trainers are amazing and it makes working out fun! They work with your skill level and in no time you will feel more energized and stronger!! Highly recommend!

  A 6-week Groupon deal turned into a full fledged member! Great staff, workouts, and environment. I don’t think I could go back to the traditional gym. The results I’ve seen (leaner, stronger) were better in one year than 6 years at a traditional gym. I highly recommend OC Fit.. you won’t be disappointed.

  I started working out at this place 2 years ago and it's been one of the best decisions of my life .it completely changed my health in a positive way. Its not a easy workout but if you put in the work , you will see amazing results. The staff is allways helpful and friendly. Highly recommend it!
