“I went to ERC for a severe eating disorder. I was treated with the most respect and kindness. My team worked with me and never gave up hope for me to overcome this battle. Even though it was rough sometimes I got though it. Out of all the treatment centers I’ve been too, this was by far the best. I actually got to talk to my parents and family for more than 10 minutes everyday and actually see their faces. I highly recommended ERC Dallas/Plano to anyone struggling. “I'm so glad this location held on through the pandemic. It's invaluable to have healthier food you can get via drive through. I'm all about the chicken on chiabatta sandwich, previously the chicken carver sandwich. Although I wish they'd bring back the honey mustard dressing. Only giving it 4 stars because sometimes the sides are inconsistent. For example, in our latest order the chicken noodle soup was somehow sour.”
