“This was the 1st time coming here for my dad and I. In my opinion the food was delicious but it was not to my dad's liking. I guess it all depends on our own food preferences. They provided a side of what chips which were delicious. The waiter was really nice. Afterwards we asked if we could leave our car parked there for a bit so that we can go kayaking and they were kind enough to let us leave it there.”

“We had the absolute best time on our sunset cruise on their luxury yacht Journey! The captain and crew were amazing-we were met in the parking lot and led to the boat once everyone arrived, they captured some of the best photos before leaving the dock. (He understood the assignment - thank you so much 😁) They took such wonderful care of our group and were super mindful of my sister’s motion sickness (she was good the entire time). Even though we spent the majority of our time on the bow, having the different spaces for our group to spread out was fantastic. We had a separate space to set up food and the full service bar below deck was great. Booking with Donna was such a breeze, she super friendly and responded quickly to our questions and concerns. We are forever grateful for the lovely memories we created aboard. Thank you so very much for the magnificent time we had! PS we spotted dolphins 🐬”

“Super Mex is a local Sunset Beach favorite (but I claim it as HuntingtonBeach), and once you visit the location on PCH and Warner, you will know why. It is a Mexican food favorite, with all the classic dishes done to perfection and made with consistency for over 20 years. We stop by just to pick up a large container of salsa and a large bag of their famous round tortilla chips that are served warm! Most of the staff have been there for years. Even with the change in ownership, the food stayed consistent and delicious! Super Mex is one of our favorites!”

“I have been coming here for almost 2 years now and absolutely cannot see myself going anywhere else. I had never gone anywhere to get sugar waxed before, and she made my first time so easy! I was very nervous walking in, but she made me feel 100% comfortable. I now come in every 6 weeks, and She responds so quick when I need to change my appointment time. Definitely recommend!! “This place has great food at very affordable prices! Never had a bad meal here in all the years they have been around! Want food that vegans, vegetarians, and everyone else can eat? This is your place! There are soooo many options, you won't get bored. They are also happy to work around any food allergies or sensitivities you may have. Breakfast is also served all day! Their new spot is great, plenty of room inside or outdoors to sit and enjoy your food. Or you can get it to go. They are also really great on the limited use of plastics! Food comes in paper bags, they have glass bottle cokes available, napkins and containers are recycled plastic. The only plastic in my meal was the cup the ketchup came in.”

“I’ve live in SoCal for almost 6 years, originally from Texas. Really miss home sometimes and have been looking for something to give me a taste of it. This is 1 of 2 places I e found that could stand a chance in Texas BBQ competitions. The young lady that took my order was super welcoming and had service with a smile, kind of felt like that southern hospitality feel while I waited on my to-go order with a beer. The view outside is nice as well. The food, delicious. I have found my new spot to grab some beef and brews. The other spot I found, is about 2 hours away. Glad I stopped by, can’t wait to go back.”
