I stopped by on leap year day 02/29/20 to purchase and validate the deal for any large pizza for $2.29 and it seems like the deal wasn't working correctly to process in the point of sale system. However, instead of turning me away like other stores did, he called his manager and then also did an override for me to get the price down to the correct amount for me. Thank you so much. “Home Depot is always Home Depot which ever way you look at it. Customer service has never been an issue for me at any one of their locations. The employees are abundant, knowledgeable about products and their locations, and always willing to help answer questions. This City of Industry floor plan was a bit different than the normal floor plan and going there for the first time did take me longer to locate the items I needed, however the 2nd and 3rd times I had been there I had gotten familiar with where things were. The only thing I can say negatively about this location is the ways in and out of the parking lot are tiny and can get congested because there are other places to eat and ship close by.”
