“Brett, Allison and Taryn made our move as smooth as possible. We were moving from Alameda to Irvine. Due to covid19 we could not have in person tour. Brett emailed me very detailed pictures of the townhouse. When I moved the townhouse net all my expectations. It’s very nice and clean townhouse, very good appliances. Actually very quiet area. I barely hear any noises. Brett, Allison and Taryn are so nice. They were answering all my questions and emailing back very quickly. On my request to put a new shelf in the refrigerator they sent a maintenance within a couple of hours and put a new shelf in the fridge. I feel very happy here so far. I like the way how all the staff are responsive and very polite and very nice. Even though I email them all the time with any questions they are extremely polite to me.”
