(April 5, 2017, 10:53 pm)I enjoy the yoga classes taught by Tanvi @ Tanviyoga.. I love each of asanas about my body and that awareness which helped me to recover some of the issue. Though it is not so easy to learn but good guidance and regular practice helps a lot to improve your body and soul. Location is at Shiva temple which is the right place for yoga. It is very calm and serene place. I attend the classes for backache yoga, Regular yoga and Chrysalis yoga. This helped my 17 yrs long sciatica pain and completely cured. I was having uterus pain for long time but after 20 session of yoga classes, swelling and pain in Uterus completely over. I go regularly and working along with Tanvi to get other issue resolved like palpitation.
I checked with many yoga classes and I find this is excellent place to practice yoga with Original Indian Yoga.
I highly recommend this place
