“Dr. Yap is truly one of a kind. I called at least eight different GI offices to schedule an appointment for an urgent problem my dad was having. All of them were booked out 2-3 months. Dr. Yap personally texted me to promptly set up an appointment and even pre-booked an endoscopy and colonoscopy. My dad was very pleased by his bedside manner and compassion. I texted Dr. Yap at 10:30 pm on a Thursday night to get biopsy results, and to my surprise, he texted me screenshots of chart notes and biopsy results right away. I have never known a doctor to act that promptly with patient messages. I have found my family's GI doctor for life. We will never see anyone else.”

“Dr. Sima Mirhashemi is a wonderful and professional doctor who has taken care all my needs. I came to her 9 months after my ACL surgery as I was still having knee pain. She provided both Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Stem Cell injections into my knee. Those two treatments along with the Myers' cocktail she provides yielded immediate results and I am continuously feeling better and stronger as the weeks go by. She also provided references to new treatments like Hyperbolic Oxygen Therapy, which I am a firm believer in now. “Dr. B is the BEST! I had an EXTREME phobia and fear of the dentist before coming to I-Smile. Like seriously, take someone you know who can’t stand the dentist and multiply it by 100 and you have me. Dr. B and Bru were so incredibly kind, patient, and understanding with me. I definitely teared up the first time I was in the chair because of how nervous/anxious I was but felt fully accepted and not embarrassed by it. If it weren’t for the initial kindness when scheduling my first appointment and Bru being reassuring of Dr. B, I most likely would have flaked… Let me tell you, I’m SO GLAD I kept to it and worked on my phobia with this team. Dr. B is a straight up dental artist! He’s extremely patient, gentle, kind, talented, and reasonable. I had received x-rays a year prior from a different office and they came to me with outrageous costs, procedures, and I could tell they weren’t being honest and were in it for the $$$… Thank you I-Smile for working with me! I’m so glad my fear of the dentist is pretty much gone after getting work done here! My personal tip (if you’re anything like me) is to bring a cozy blanket, earphones, and some lavender essential oil when you’re getting a filling. They do offer Netflix though, which I watched during my 2nd apt for cleaning with Dr. B!”
