(January 29, 2020, 5:50 pm)I love where I live. The most recent reviews seem a little fishy and misleading. I personally am not a big fan of renting from Irvine Company, but putting that aside, my community is lovely. My neighbors are polite, I've never had trouble with parking. I recently used the clubhouse for a birthday party and it was an easy process. It is expensive, but my son goes to an amazing middle school, the parks are always clean, and having access to the Woodbury HOA is great, they are always hosting community events. I've never had issues with management. Not much more I can say except I enjoy it here.

(October 4, 2019, 6:30 am)My family and I have had the privilege of calling Woodbury Place home for the last 3 years. During our stay, we always felt taken care of by the staff and truly enjoyed our time there. We moved from Florida and it took three moves before we found the right spot for us.
Maintenance was timely, professional and proficient- shout out to Jason, Freddie, José and Lorenzo!!! Having access to the Woodbury HOA amenities is amazing and the clubhouse on site is great for hosting if you need more space. The only reason we're leaving is because we've outgrown their largest unit.
Thanks again Chris, Kimberly, Juliet, Marcie and Danielle for making our stay as wonderful and memorable as you have. I'd highly recommend Woodbury Place.
