“I love where I live. The most recent reviews seem a little fishy and misleading. I personally am not a big fan of renting from Irvine Company, but putting that aside, my community is lovely. My neighbors are polite, I've never had trouble with parking. I recently used the clubhouse for a birthday party and it was an easy process. It is expensive, but my son goes to an amazing middle school, the parks are always clean, and having access to the Woodbury HOA is great, they are always hosting community events. I've never had issues with management. Not much more I can say except I enjoy it here.”
