“I love the Children's Courtyard! I have had my baby here full time since he was 6 weeks old, and we have loved every minute he has been there. The Director Ms Michelle and all of our son's teachers are absolutely wonderful - I never worry about my son, and every time I check the cameras (which I love!) he is having a great time. And my kid started out as a ***fussy*** colicky baby. These teachers never batted an eye and loved him all day anyway. They are great at keeping in constant contact throughout the day, and even send cute picture updates. They are also flexible and will work with you on whatever your baby needs. Our baby also started coming during the pandemic, and my husband and I are very COVID conscious. We love that CCY has strict masking policies when case counts are high, as well as mandatory routines involving who can be in which space and cleaning policies to limit spread. Finally our baby also started right after the big 2021 winter storm and the Bedford location had some structural damage they were saddled with. They dealt with these problems with professionalism and creativity and patience and we as parents never suffered or had any issues. I also know the Bedford staff were extremely committed to following the best practices for child care and I so appreciate that. In short, can't recommend enough! Edit one year later: My baby is now a toddler in the toddler class and we still couldn't be more happy with this establishment. We've been here 2 years now and they're the best, hands down. He has learned all kinds of wonderful constructive things at school every day and I can always tell his teachers, the administrators, and all the other teachers or assistants who might help take care of him throughout the day truly love him. It's a special, wonderful place which we are so grateful for!”

“The enrollment process was great, first day was awesome 😎 First week was amazing, even with all the stressful events that brought us to need childcare our older children are happy and excited to go to because because the staff keeps them engaged and learning. Our toddler is happy to see his caregiver in the morning. I love getting pictures and updates all day . The staff has been amazing working with the schedule we need. 3 months at still loving it!!!! The staff is great and my kids are happy to be there. They have been amazing at assisting with online learning and always willing to work on issues as a team with us. 6 months and all is well, staff is consistent and caring. We have worked through issues as a team. They have been amazing at supporting my 2 year old and myself as we have been experiencing some strong willed behaviors, I appreciate their staff so much.”

“Other than having exceptionally great products, the post-sales service is extraordinary. I had 2 incidents with after sales, first one was last September, I had a weird problem with my IOptima motor, after sending it to be checked, Mr Hugo Lewgoy contacted me and mentioned that there is a metal part broken in the motor cable, after explaining to him that it wasn’t something i did, he replaced it with no charge and was very helpful in explaining what might cause this problem so it won’t happen again. The second incident was my assistant’s fault, the hand-piece fell from him and was eccentric, so when i sent it for check-up, he gave me different options to solve the situation and after back and forth emails, I chose to repair it, and asked to ship it to a different address as I am currently not in the US. Unfortunately it got shipped by mistake to the old address and the package couldn’t be found to send it back to them. I woke up the next day to an email from Mr Lewgoy asking me to confirm the new address as he is gracefully going to send me a new one to the new address without me even asking. To sum up, this company, more specifically Mr Lewgoy truly knows the meaning of Customer Service, and since I contacted Mr Lewgoy, he hasn’t been anything less than helpful and professional.”
