“Staff is polite, controlled machines are older, plenty of cardio equipment, 2 power racks, 1 elevated deadlift platform, 1 smith machine, and plenty of free weights, wobbly benches near free weights, mens locker room and restroom is average but clean, open showers, plenty of lockers, sauna and steam room are shared for males and females. Overall, good neighborhood gym to go to if it's near home and you dont mind a not so premium experience. If you want a "prettier, "upscale", or gym with more amenities, go to the super sport nearby or the sport at the spectrum. Plenty of equipment for bodybuilders and powerlifters.”
