“One of the better Chinese places in Irvine. Large portions and can be split with many people. The cold chicken appetizer was very good. The wonton broth was a little watery. I liked most, if not all of the pork dishes. Small restaurant with a lean staff, usually only 1 or 2 servers.”

“Charming French café close to a beautiful Lake. They offer a variety of fresh baked goods and also have other delicious food options like crepes, omelets, paninis and more. The service is excellent and very quick. Staff is cheerful and friendly. Overall a great place!”

“Decent quality Cantonese food with a few other flavors.overall, the food qualities are good, some dishes are better than others. Services are fast, but, some of the services need improvement. For example, all dishes are services being pushed from the side of the table, the customers need to help do the moving things around. The food comes out fast, and they are attentive.”

“Always love us some Chipotle! Got done babysitting the grand kids. Haven’t had dinner and it’s late. Where to go? Chipotle! Always fast, fresh, wholesome and made to order so I can avoid the long list of food allergies I have. And the sweet manager gave us a second guacamole on the house because I love their guacamole and didn’t want to share!????”

“Great place to grab lunch or take out dinner entries. Staff are efficient, service is fast, separate takeout entrance make the wait time much shorter. Good selection of meals with great price. High quality food.”

“Unpopular opinion, but I actually like this place more than In n Out lol. I get sick of the In n Out burgers way too easily (not to mention their garbage fries), but the Habit? Not bad. Also, great strawberry milkshakes.”

“The title is a bit confusing since it's Korean fried chicken and not barbecue, but for what it's worth, this place is the best. The chicken is crisp and all the flavor is on point. As others have said the wait is a bit long, but everything is made to order, so I'd say it's worth it. Also note worthy is their specials, they have good specials with their "friends" combo and such which offer chicken a side dish and a pitcher of beer. If you're in for lunch they have a nice simple lunch special which is 2 drum sticks and 2 sides.”

“Great place. Bang for the buck is amazing. Very nicr owner who loves soccer. I love the chicken curry and the grilled chicken, but most of the dishes are good. They have a wonderful unleavened bread.”

“Wow, such an amazing place. The food is great and the staff is very friendly. I love how you can really personalize the bowl to your preferences. Also so great that they it is gluten free and offers vegan free choices. It really is such a cool place. I would very highly recommend this place. Also, I got the lemonade/tea and it was delicious!”

“Best crabs all around. This is the crab in a bag restaurant and they seasoned it to perfection. You can order 1lb and you won’t be disappointed. Staff was friendly and you don’t need to eat with anyone. Plenty of loners eating crab all by themselves. This place is really great. $20 for 1lb”

“Delicious lunch menu, attentive servers and reasonable priced. I don't think I can ask anything more for a quick lunch. The Bibimbap is well prepared and delicious, protion is big enough for two people especially it also come with three kimchi side dishes. I was very satisfied ! Definitely a great lunch spot in Irvine.”

“There isn't a lot of seating but the service is really quick. It's kinda expensive but technically they are the portion sizes that you SHOULD be eating. I really enjoyed the curry option but I would say you want to only pour a little at a time. The cast iron is so hot that the curry can evaporate pretty quickly. Some people say the seasoning is a touch salty but personally I find that it has just the right amount of flavor. The Hamburg is really tender and almost bouncy. The jumbo beef pepper rice is also really good with plenty of meat.”

“Interesting fact: The brand name 85C comes from the perfect Celsius temperature to brew coffee. Here's another: 85C originated from Taiwan, and has grown into an international brand all over Asia, Australia, here in the US as well. When there is always a line at a bakery, you know the stuff is super good! Get the squid ink bun if available, and try the egg tarts too! Sea salt coffee is a must have. Another interesting fact: 85C has been referred to as the Starbucks of Asia, yet a single store can gross mich higher than a typical Starbucks there.”

“The only thing that needs to be said here is “Michelin-starred dim sum.” That’s right, this highly-regarded Hong Kong offshoot is landing at the Diamond Jamboree plaza in the heart of Irvine, and the expectation is that hours-long weekend waits will be the norm. Signage is already up, and an official opening date is just around the corner.”

“We ordered a beef noodle and a tendon and beef soup along with dumplings and beef wrapped on crispy pancake. The soups came out just fine while the dumplings seemed to have been frozen, they stuck to the wax paper and ripped. The beef wrapped in pancake was fine. Most everything was fine, dumpling where so so. Price we felt 'slightly' on the high side. Atmosphere was great as it wasn't crowded and offered refuge from the bustle outside.”

“Tasty, inexpensive, pho-focused restaurant. The broth here was really tasty, I enjoy anywhere that automatically puts in cilantro into their Pho. Not somewhere you go for an "experience" so commenting on wait staff is pointless. Just grab a delicious bowl of soup and be happy you get to live in a world that has it, not much more to say!”

“Love coming here with family, especially on a cold day. Of you've never been there menu can be overwhelming. The paper people who work there, though busy and moving quickly, are happy to help you understand. I always do a combo which is tofu + entree. They give you a bunch of sides which are delicious, and an egg to put on your tofu soup.”

“Good food, limited vegetarian options. Their tacos are very good and recommend anyone to try them. I've heard their taco Tuesdays can get pretty packed. Also liked their bibimbop bowl with purple rice. Can't speak to how true this is to Korean food, but thought it is a legit fusion cuisine. Not a regular place I would visit, but we come every couple months. The service is very friendly and accommodating. The place is kind of small, so expect a wait for parties more than four. I also found it odd that they don't open until noon on Sunday. Parking at Diamond Jamboree can be difficult.”

“Hello Justin Fidel, I am part of a non-profit that transitions the homeless back into the community through running. One of our meet-up places to run is Bill Barber Park. The “Up and Running Again” Long Beach group ended up at Eats Kitchen at the Irvine Hotel for breakfast! The members/residents have never been in a restaurant of this caliber. As you well know the grounds are immaculate and we (maybe 15 of us) were seated outside. The service, the food and the ambiance was 5 Star!! Was a super experience for the entire group and a new experience for the portion of the group who are struggling with homelessness. We will return next season when we run Bill Barber Park. Shannon Murphy sometime runs with the group has just informed me you work there. Very cool! You can thank the Irvine Hotel team for providing a good experience to our group! Vernon Rudd”
