“Lets face it, everyone is excited to get into a new car. So besides that fact, the experience from the dealership, salesperson, financial department, and management is important. A personable staff that can give the customer a no haggle reason to look at all the options available is important. Sure you can get that somewhere else but I found the salesman, Ken, to be the guy for me. He had all the answers and even asked me questions about my needs before suggesting an option. I had my mind set on an SUV and chose the Palisade for a test drive. I got more than I bargained for, price and options are perfect. So consider the experience... if you are savvy about credit you should know your score walking into anything; including the options, payments and bottom line walking out. That’s me, I am walking in with my credit score, providing it to the financial department and ensuring I want what they are selling. That’s exactly what I got, the numbers were right, the options were there and the incentives put pen to paper. Overall perfect is an understatement of experience, everyone took care of me and answered all questions I needed answered.
