I do have to note that their guys are in from ~9-6 rather than 7:30 for smog checks, I recommend calling ahead if you’re unsure if they will be in, they were very quick to respond when I called.”

Here are my two cents: *Great central location *Amenities are great and having the gym is awesome, I use it everyday! *Parking is never an issue, no assigned parking and no unnecessary parking fees like all all these "luxury" apartment complexes in the area. *Maintenance is always very responsive and will solve your issues either that same day or the next. *Clubhouse is very convenient. *From time to time they hold events (Free donuts!) We feel that we get a lot of value for what we pay for and can see ourselves living here for a while. Keep up the great work management!”

“There isn't a lot of seating but the service is really quick. It's kinda expensive but technically they are the portion sizes that you SHOULD be eating. I really enjoyed the curry option but I would say you want to only pour a little at a time. The cast iron is so hot that the curry can evaporate pretty quickly. Some people say the seasoning is a touch salty but personally I find that it has just the right amount of flavor. The Hamburg is really tender and almost bouncy. The jumbo beef pepper rice is also really good with plenty of meat.”
