“Months ago, I had an oil leak problem and had the leak fixed (or so I thought) at another place. The staff at Valvoline in Argyle are much closer to home and didn't hesitate to answer our multiple questions, even took a look at my car. We have been there multiple times for oil changes and the staff are consistently courteous, quick to respond and knowledgeable. Again, today they helped me out after a drain plug failed. As I waited in my car during my repair, I watched an effective team with superb communication (with each other and customers), a positive attitude and a strong desire to help.”
