“When our daughter was 8 weeks old, we were terrified to leave her to return back to work (I’m sure all new parents can relate!). However, everyone here made the transition seamless and now at 6 months, she is thriving and developing so well. We watch her socialize with other babies at library storytime in a way that shows what a good influence Westpark KinderCare has been for her social skills and she absolutely loves all her teachers (special mention to Ms. Mojkan who showers all the children with so much love - our daughter lights up with so many smiles and arm flaps for her). Valerie, the director, knows all the children and is always there socializing with the kids and parents as we come and go. We feel safe and happy knowing we are providing our sweet baby with the best care.”

Medium size store with well curated/selected organic and conventional fresh produce, dairy, eggs, bulk foods, nuts, breads, grains, lentils, spices, condiments, and vitamins of good quality at reasonable prices (about half of Whole foods). It has raw milk. It's clean and not over-congested. Very helpful staff. Short checkout lines. Easy parking and easy in and out. I have been shopping here regularly for more than 10 years and it has maintained consistent quality, price, and service.”

“Would give this property and the property management team 10 stars if I could. My husband and I were both constantly impressed by the day to day management of the grounds, buildings, amenities, and customer service communication. This is an excellently located complex, within walking distance to 2 shopping centers, a farm (with great "Breakfasts in the Barn" events), a creek-side walking/bike path, a community college, and public sports fields. It's also easy on/off to 405 and 5. There were days I never had to get on the freeway, as Target, for example, is a pretty quick drive down Barranca. We lived there for 2 years with our dog, a lab-mix. He was always (like, DAILY) welcomed by the team at the property office and I'm pretty sure he would have been happy to stay in the leasing office forever and forget about us ;). The grounds were large enough for medium-length walks and there was always something for him to investigate. We loved the updated finishing of our unit- it really felt top of the line and the maintenance crew was always incredibly responsive/effective. Yay, Paul! The office team of Michel, Richard, and Scott are the best! Always friendly and communicative. Seriously, my husband and I would made jokes to each other like, "is there something in the water that makes them so nice?". They have great info on local spots and Disneyland. Never had a property management team like that and we will miss them. No joke, we sent them a Christmas card already :(. Highly recommend, without hesitation!!”

He was always patient with us, and answered all of our questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. He offered us better options and outcomes than any other doctor we met before. My son is his patient from 4 years to now. My son likes to visit his office.”
