Chavez the manager came and spoke with me regarding the miscommunication and even though I was mistaken on the cost he met me halfway and provided all sorts of assistance. Ultimately I left a happy customer with great service provided. They have been honest and forthcoming with work I've needed and admittedly told me about work I don't need. “Mark and the Karma House Painting Crew are the best! We had never really been happy with painters we used in the past. The past ones always seemed to try and cut corners where no-one would see or be able to tell. Karma House painted the entire exterior of my house and I couldn't find one imperfection! Mark kept me informed overstep of the way and was extremely patient with us when were unsure of the exact color we wanted to use when we started. They spent several days here prepping before paint was even sprayed. I was amazed at how much work was put in by him and his crew to make the house look as beautiful as possible. They took their time and did it write. They treated my house like it was their own. At the end of the project he even went back and looked over every square inch of the house to touch up things an untrained eye couldn't even see. Once we start the inside remodel we will definitely be having him back.”

“I just stopped by to get some new shoes and Ben the assistant manager who was filling in from the Santa Ana store was the nicest most helpful person I've ever dealt with. There were a few customers who we're trying to return some shoes that unfortunately would have to be ordered as they didn't have them in stock. When Ben said," just be sure not to wear the shoes in the meantime." the woman at the counter freaked out and became extremely rude and angry. Despite this Ben remained calm and polite throughout the Interaction. Once he had finished helping them order the shoes and giving the same warning, the woman's husband there now being much more understanding. He was then able to help me with my shoes. It was some of the best customer service I've ever seen and he should definitely get a raise or promotion soon Because damn he's good at his job.”
