  I love to get my work out on at Studio 5 which I adorningly refer to as the Pilates Palace. This is a wonderful spot to come in and get a workout in. Not only do they offer Pilates but they also have rowing machines and elliptical bikes as well, ready to go!

  It's a great studio that makes exercise 'Fun', especially with the friendly and knowledgeable instructors who enthusiasm 'challenges you to your full potential'
  are exceptional, you feel it and know it's working!
  
  I know the quality of the reformer machines and the variety of the works outs along with the combo spin classes are really the 'Key to Success' that enables me to get a
  full body workout while having fun!
  
  I'm 53 years old and have osteoporosis in my right hip. I have tried other types of exercise only to feel pain. Studio 5 has helped me to increase my over all strength and dramatically transform the way my body looks and feels. It has made remarkable results in my life. Along with good nutrition, proper rest I know 'Studio 5' is an essential part that helps me in maintaining: Total Body Wellness
  
  It's been such a privilege and brought great pleasure to watch young business owner Rachael Hrisca (mom & wife too) over the last 5 years build this great Studio that we all have come to love and enjoy so very much!

  Studio 5 has changed my life. Not only is Rachel an exceptional studio owner, she is an amazing instructor. Her ability to push you to your limit and strive for the healthy physique you really want is not of the norm. She actually really cares!!!! Her background and knowledge is more than beneficial. Most impressively is the perfection she expects from her staff. She has only the best of the best instructors and demands them to be top notch. I have faithfully attended classes at Studio 5 for almost a year and have never felt so good! Thank you for offering so many wonderful options and combinations of classes! Any other studio in town cannot hold a candle to Rachel's Studio 5! I have tried them.........
