Sure, they do not allow children to ride bikes or Hoover boards or skateboards in the parking lot but who would want their child out there riding and potentially getting hit by a car? The office staff is absolutely amazing as well as maintenance and security. It's like being in one big family here. I've lived here for two years now, And hope I have so many more to go. The dog park is awesome by the way! So are the tennis courts, salt water pools and hot tub's, tennis courts, volleyball, and basketball. There are always community activities that you can participate in, therefore, making the artisan a great place to live and there's always something to do!

(July 10, 2017, 2:54 pm)This place is great! I took over a lease for just a few months, but it was hassle free and easy. The grounds are superb, especially the pool! The units are spacious, quiet, and full of light. If I was staying in Orange County, I would have definitely resigned my lease here. The location, staff, and other tenants are awesome.
