Nick's Laguna Beach

We recently purchased a unit in Lake Haven. Penny and Lori were very helpful and professional making the process extremely easy. It’s a very friendly and well maintained park and nicely decorated for the holidays

This restaurant offered a diverse menu that we were able to select from. As a chef, I wanted to grasp what was a popular dish and ordered a dish for myself that brought me back to a comfort home reminder!
The fried chicken W/gravy and biscuits. It was delicious and filling. Yet I gravitated to the other plates that were brought to our table and found the Chilean sea bass to be the superior shining light of this restaurants offerings!
If you’re in Laguna Beach I strongly suggest stopping here as the appetizers itself are filling enough and delicious also. Having cocktails at the bar was entertaining as the bar staff (Austin and Craig) completed our night with laughter.

By far the best restaurant during our 4 day stay in Laguna Beach. The food was superb and the service excellent. An extremely well run establishment. Chilean sea bass had a delicate flavor and perfectly seared buttery crust. Mashed potato's were top notch.

Stopped here after a day on the beach for lunch. I have a dairy allergy and before I had the chance to tell them they were already asking if anyone in our party had an allergy. They were superb! I felt so safe eating here having an allergy. The food was AMAZING and the service was OUTSTANDING! Every person who came in contact with us made us feel warmly welcomed.

Overall, it was a good experience. Just not a memorable one. The asparagus fries were good, the ribeye melt was good, the bacon mustard vinaigrette was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly but was a touch under seasoned (to my preference at least). The fries were hot, crispy and delicious. The ambiance was nice and the music wasn't too loud. The service was good as well. This was my first time dining at Nick's and it was an enjoyable experience albeit lacking anything memorable.

Nice atmosphere, friendly, informative service. Nice wine selection. Known for best prime rib beef dip sandwich around, but he warned, if it's what you are craving, get thete early. It sells out quickly! Try the deep friend asparagus! Lovely!
