(July 5, 2018, 8:45 pm)Bought a new 88 surfboards soft top, and Zoë from Thalia offered to meet me mid-way in Long Beach to hand off my goods (I live further north in Venice). She had some personal business to attend to there, but this gesture helped me either avoid a shipping fee or a lengthy drive to pick it up at the shop.

(October 17, 2017, 8:34 pm)Great hometown shop. Can rent boards and wets suits for a day and only have to have them back by 7 pm. Price was good but some of the boards show some wear

I've shopped at Thalia Surf Shop a few times, and always had a good experience. I like their selection of local shirts, boards, gear, etc. and they're not shy to send you to another shop to find wetsuits that fit differently or whatever. I really like the place.
