I had gone into other jewelers and asked for their prices for this service. Pacific Park had the best price and Colin assured me that it could be done unlike other jewelers I had seen who were unsure if they could fulfill my request. He was friendly and honest about the limitations of the job because of how small the ring was. But he told me he could still have it done. He checked in throughout the process making sure that they were doing what I wanted. I got the pendant and it was perfect, exactly what I hoped. Recommend for having jewelry altered or made.”
