“I took 2 of my kids to Dr. Um to have their wisdom teeth removed. The staff was great and I felt like my kids were in caring and capable hands. Dr. Um was very thorough in going over the procedure, recovery, medications, etc and made sure we had all the instructions needed. On surgery day, everything went smoothly. “I just moved away to another state and I am so sad because this is the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I finally found the perfect office and I had to move. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants to Dr. Selina Sarno are the highest quality I have ever had for dental care. Everyone is so nice and I feel like they were just always predicting my needs before I even asked. The office is super clean and they are very on top of it with covid measures. They also have all the newest equipment and best technology. I was recommended to go to Dr. Sarno by a friend because I needed a Maryland bridge replaced because mine popped out. She was able to see me quickly and was so nice and helpful. I had this tooth done a few times by multiple dentists but her work is impeccable so I called and begged for an appointment right before moving so I could have the other one taken out and redone to make it look like the other one she did. “I recently had the stem cell treatment done on my low back. I have had low back pain for many years and been to a few orthopedic doctors for my back. A few have said that surgery and steroid shots are the only way to relieve my pain. I did not want to do any of that, as I have tried the steroid injections and they really do not work any longer. “During my travel to Asia year and half a go I caught some viruses. I had constant Diarrhea. When I came to US I was in ER for three days and was treated intravenously with Antibiotics. Due to heavy dose of Antibiotics good probiotics were also destroyed. I had seen Dr. Kevin Ashby year ago. I was given instructions on my diet. Year passed and I still have Diarrhea. It dawned on me Dr. Kevin Ashby. I called his office and Ashley gave me instant appointment to see in two days. Amazing. Very kind and concerned. I saw Dr. Ashby he remembered my situation. Next day Dr. Ashby personally called me and he had been researching, talking to other doctors and informed me that I possibly have Tropical Spruc. I had tears my eyes that it was so kind of him to go out of his way just to help me from my sufferings. Lindsey called I also got appointment for Endoscopy in few days. I am so grateful. There are very few such Doctors who go out of their way for their Patients. He is Amazing, compassionate Doctor and all the staff at the office have the same attitude. I hope there were more such groups. Gratefully??”

He takes time with me whenever I have anything going on. His staff is incredible. Sandy, his Office Manager is so helpful! She'll bend over backwards to help with anything you need.
