The owner was extremely nice & welcoming and introduced me to the whole class. All nice people. Earl (owner & Black Belt) coached me through literally every roll I did and was extremely helpful. “My first time here. I was so impressed with the decor and ambiance and knowing that the owner, Fay, had done the work herself with her husband. I felt like I walked into a 5 Star resort spa. Her customer service is exceptional - from making an appointment to greeting you. My massage therapist was Lisa - phenomenal - from the head scalp massage to the relaxing Swedish massage. My step-daughter had Vanessa and she said she was wonderful, too. I will definitely return. I also appreciated the early-bird discount -I hadn't expected it.”

I think we were the only ones there at the time.The staff were polite, caring, and professional and offered us bottled water which we really appreciated. The waiting area was beautifully decorated and the back treatment rooms were very clean and organized. This was the best urgent care experience we have ever had. Would highly recommend.”

“Best Physical Therapy Facility I've been to. The staff is very attentive to your specific needs. Tom and his guys ask you questions during the therapy to make sure everything is going well. They do everything they can for you to see improvements. Jovic and Mike are thoughtful and seem concerned about each patient. I have seen them for my back and sciatica, and also for my shoulder. “I have been attending Body Forge for three years now, love it and wanted to share some thoughts. Body Forge has been my first experience lifting weights and a group training environment. I am in my 60's and had bone loss which has greatly improved. Vinny is an exceptional trainer and as a newbie to this and a senior I so appreciate Vinny's knowledge and willingness to accommodate me with alternative movements if I can't do something. “I like to consider myself a connoisseur of the chicken sandwich since I’m allergic to beef/pork leaving pretty much only chicken for me to eat. And it’s the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my life! The house made chipotle mayo paired with the sandwich is perfection. My husband and I found this restaurant on Google and Yelp and decided to give it a try. We shared the nachos as an appetizer while my husband sampled local brews. Once we decided to order our dinner the owner suggest this chicken sandwich that they have completely customized for their restaurant. I simply can’t sing their praises enough over the food, beer, atmosphere, service, etc. We will definitely be back while here in town. And sorry, I already ate half my sandwich before realizing I needed to photograph this moment.”
