(May 30, 2018, 12:38 am)Lake Forest is a suburb in the Southern tip of Orange County. Lake Forest has over 26 parks and this is a huge commitment for a city of only 85,000 people. Some of the best trails here are Serrano Creek trail as well as the trails that dot Serano Creek Park. You will find a good selection of restaurants and shopping in the Foothill Ranch area as well as a multiscreen theater in the same area. For sure Irvine and neighboring Mission Viejo have more to offer and are more cosmopolitan, however Lake Forest is a nice quaint community with an abundance of trees and two or three private man made lakes.

(June 30, 2016, 8:11 pm)This suburban area strikes a balance between the small town life and the hustle and bustle of neighboring megacity, Los Angeles. The proximity to LA and natural areas like Santiago Peak makes it easy to travel to either a natural or metropolis type destination for when you need to adventure.
