“The Magnolia Design Center at Mission Viejo is very well run and where I ultimately spend my money, because they've earned it. The sign of a well run business isn't how it treats it's largest spending customers, but it's smallest. You can say it's cliche, but I guarantee it's old faithful in getting long term repeat customers. I've watched the manager work and direct staff, it is no wonder this store is so much better than the Design Center at Costa Mesa. It's nice and a pleasant surprise these days to see things done the right way. Good Management = well performing staff = happy customers == more profit, it's that simple”

“A huge and grateful-heart shout out to John and Gayle for taking care of my friends and I on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2018. We are local Bike Escorts on our way from Huntington Beach, CA to downtown San Diego for the inaugural DC Comics Wonder Woman Run Series. Myself, and three other friends, along with our bikes went down the 5 Freeway only for my trusty 4Runner to completely stop working in the carpool lane. Slowly, we were able to maneuver the vehicle over 5 lanes during a busy part of Saturday to safely exit Oso Parkway. Luckily, we were stopped right around the corner from Laguna Viejo Auto Service. I have worked in the customer service industry for over 25 years and are well aware of what it requires to be the best in class. I had to leave my vehicle over the weekend, but thanks to Gayle's quick wit and world class customer service, she was able to take care of my vehicle first thing on Monday. It turns out I had a bad battery that broke the alternator (yes, the double whammy). Gayle and John were absolutely amazing. They are reliable and super trustworthy - a rarity these days in the world of vehicle repair. My trusted 4Runner has been maintained over the last 11 years by my brother who used to work in the vehicle service industry. His stories of questionable ethics in repairs has made me leery of trusting anyone to handle my auto repairs. I can honestly say that I now have another person I can trust to do my repairs and at reasonable costs. The best part is when John checked in a week later to ensure my vehicle is running well without any issues. They are top notch and deserve your business. Thank you so much for everything.
