“M Boutique residence &hotel is best oceanfront location in Newport Beach. There are multiple units in this building. I stayed in #1A which is New remodel Oceanview studio unit in ground floor. Only few steps to the sand. The room is very unique design and very cozy. The studio is large and there is sofa bed and queen size bed which is good for 4 people. I can enjoy the sunset in their patio and use the BBQ grill. The host very nice. The check in process sample and safety because they creat a new password for every new guest. I will definitely come back again to try another great unit.”
