“Literally took my roommates out for some dinner since my mom gave me a gift card and I had never been before. I ordered the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket and I have to say it was really damn good. From the fluffy bread to the super delicious smoked meat this was a winner. “Amazing!! I’m just visiting from North Carolina but if I lived here I’d be here at least weekly or twice a week!! I had the Kafka kabob , tabouli, hummus and fried cauliflower w garlic sauce. Also extra delicious homemade Lemonade. I can honestly tell you everything was beyond delicious but also super fresh and of course homemade as well. “Ordering on app is pretty easy. When picking up, if you're going to go in, pull really hard on the door. It's not locked. I went back to my car only to see someone yank the door open and go in. I went back instead of canceling my order and the person was coming out. He said, "The door tricked me last week." They have to get the sticky door fixed. The app showed pick up in 15min. So I decided to go wait inside. I looked at the order board and saw my name with 9 min next to it. Another person walked in saw his name at 7 min as he told the cashier. Two minutes go by and he said to the cashier, "Why did 10 more minutes jump on all the times?" I looked up where my name was displayed and sure enough 10 minutes was added to wait pickup time. Something must have glitched on the app and board. Anyways, my food was ready and hot and accurate. Price was right too. I recommend this establishment.”

“After a week on business travel, I wanted a nice sit-down dinner with my family. I have seen Royal Thai before but we usually stick to a Thai restaurant closer to home. We went on a Friday night early and it wasn't too busy. We ordered egg rolls and dumpling appetizers as the kids were starving. I expected 4 of each and we got 8 of each! They were tasty, but the sauces made them perfect. We ordered a curry, fish dish, noodle, and garlic chicken. Everyone at the table was satisfied. The ambiance is nice, cozy and homey.”

“I must say. "If it ain't broke, then don't fix it." In an Era where every food establishment is trying to create something out of the ordinary new, this Mom and Pops-like restaurant gives you what your soul longs for. The flavors brings back the memories of my childhood when this was the treat of a weekend. Hit all the right notes. I got a few pieces of fish, some hush puppies, some medium shrimps, and of course some of their famous chips (steak fries). Malt vinegar and cocktail sauce was free, but you will have to purchase the homemade tarter sauce for small $.50 or large $1.30. Because they are now a small family owned type of restaurant they do charge 4% for the use of credit card. Honestly though, the food is good enough to make you forget that. They have plastic visors up for protection and the establishment is very clean. Anyways, back to the food. I got my food to go. The owners are so gracious and kind. The food was packaged very well and they even made sure it was OK to put my Hush puppies in the same bag as my shrimp. Thoughtful. Most places would have just put where they want and let me deal with it later. I ended up spending about $21. It was so worth the price in my opinion. The parking lot is awfully small. Oh, after thought. You can call ahead but I didn't. When I went at 5:30pm on a Monday, my meal was cooked fresh and ready to go within 6min and you can watch the owner cook it too. I'll be back.”

Large party so I'm not sure if that anything to do with it but it wasn't otherwise busy but they got orders wrong as in it was ordered a certain way but it came out differently. I didn't get my food until everyone else was almost finished. Even a re-done order came back to the table before I got mine. They did offer something to tide me over but just wasn't interested. But really good food and will probably try again.”

“BEST POPCORN CHICKEN! I come here often and I HIGHLY recommend their popcorn chicken! My family always orders two things of popcorn chicken. They are very generous with their portions as well. “So happy Cucina Urbana is back for a while. So sad the location on 5th has been Corona-closed, but happy they found a temporary outdoor venue in the meantime. Food was outstanding as always. “This location almost never gives me issues with my food, and pretty much everything is great, but the only flaw they have is the cheese. If you’re eating in the store it will probably not be melted. I feel this could be circumvented if the choose is placed into the burrito first so it’s on the outside getting warmer first because I feel like when I take a bite out of the burrito I feel like I just took a pinch of choose out of a bag from a fridge and everything else is hot. The suddenness of the cold tastes feel gross. I love this location and in fact they tend to do better than most other Miguel’s locations, but I feel this is the one flaw they have preventing them from perfecting their service. I regular this location and used to regular the Tustin and Corona location so I’m basing this off comparison. The best burrito I’ve gotten from Miguel’s has to be during the opening day of this location and on the one in Norco.”

“I walked in here by accident looking for a soda ( 90° outside) and i ended up not only buying lunch but also got to meet and greet with Juan who is part of the family who owns establishment. I couldnt believe the ONLY thing that's served at this eatery was TAMALES LOL I told him i either rolled them with an ex girlfriends family or saw the der fks pushing a food cart selling them....i honestly didn't think tamales ALONE could hold a restaurant and I was hella wrong.
