“I saw their banner from the street and then my husband, yes him, not me backed into a light poll in a parking lot. I said lets go check out US Girls Auto Body! He just rolled his eyes. I called them and talked to a very knowable woman, her name was Sasha and she seemed to know more about how to take care on me than anyone but my mom! I stopped by a 6 pm after work and yes they waited for me. They gave me a quote right there and told me to call my Insurance Company, have their guy look at the car and let them take off the deductible and send me a check. She said what ever the quote was they would do the work at A+ quality, pay my deductible have it done in three working days and handed me a BOX of See's Candy for stopping by. They both called me everyday with a update and put photos up online of the work as it was being done. They detailed the car at no charge, had it done on time and get this I got a hand written thank you note a week later with a $100 Nordstrom's card it it. If you any kind of damage done to your car, give them a call. Having your car repaired is never any fun, but they make it as painless as possible.”

“I looked at all the top Woodworking and woodie shops in California. I pretty much got the run around regarding the cost and the time it would take to restore my 1948 Ford woodie with a modern chassis. Spin and Chris at Resurrection, The woodie garage and American Automotive Woodworking were the only outfit that told me how much it would cost and how long it would take. The build came in early and about $5,000 under what they told me. They could improve with some of the updates but it got better over time. On the other hand they have about 7 or 8 men working on perhaps 30 cars at a time and they try to get something done on every build every day. The good news is they can do it all here and you don't have to drag your car all over town. I heard some put downs about them but with some research I found out that it was some of their competitors upset about all the business they are doing and the fact they are not "good old boys" who spend a lot of time yanking and not working. Not only that the quality is very very high at a lower price and that gets their panties in a bunch. Do your own research but in any case visit them and make up your own mind...I have had 10 or 11 cars built and overall this was my best experience. There wood kits are to die for at a lower price than anyone else I talked to. I would drop by and every time, even on the weekends, everyone was working hard with no standing around, eating or drinking on the job with alot of yak yak like most shops. Woodies Forever ”
