  This is my seventh purchase from Santa Margarita Ford. Recently purchased 2018 F150. Our salesman Robbie Moore was outstanding as usual; 5 star plus!. Robbie is your go to guy. Robbie is a straight shooter type of guy, honest, and will work hard for you. Special shout out for James for making it happen. If you need a Ford or Toyota see them, you will not be disappointed.

  Great service shop here, Miguel really took care of me after I had to bring back my car twice for a correct diagnosis.
  Fast, friendly and professional service reps here. And they give you a complimentary wash and Lift ride home. ????% service A+.

  This place is a small dealer but everyone that works here is super nice and I can tell that they thoroughly enjoy working here. Not only was it open before 7am so I could drop my vehicle off before work, but they also do free shuttle drop offs within 50 miles! Everyone looked me in the eye and said good morning which is totally refreshing. Highly recommend and they will be my home dealer for as long as I live in orange county.

  Just Recently purchased a 2014 F-250 and the MIL illuminated. I took it to Santa Margarita Ford and Roger helped me out. They kept the car and clearly communicated the the prognosis and timeline. I was offered to be picked up when the car was ready. The service was professional and friendly and I look forward to using the Santa Margarita Ford for all my service needs in the future!
