The classes are offered throughout the morning and they vary each day so you never get bored. They are only 45 minutes and you work really hard the whole time. The trainers are amazing. That's really the main reason to go! They will work with you to make you stronger and healthier no matter what your fitness level. They also organize group activities outside our normal workouts, like Sunday morning hikes, Thursday evening runs, and skiing at Big Bear! Highly recommend!”

“i was looking for a prop puller for the crackerbox boat races tom and i participate in a few times a year and was having a tough time because all the ones i had seen up to this point were handmade. i had seen one on the site and wanted to order it however i had a tough time finding it again when it came time to place my order. i called glen l up and gayle helped me find the nice one i wanted that came with an aluminum wrench and an extra prop nut and a box for an extra prop wich are extras i really liked because we're changing props at the races often. this tool wasn't some swap meet quality tool. it was a serious piece as if it came off the snap on truck, wich was exactly what i had hoped to find. i paid for it but life is too short for tool regret. by the way they have a more economical one they sell also. later on i bought a couple of books related to fiberglass work because many times youtube can only take you so far. these helped clarify techniques i needed to use on maintenance on my vdrive ski boat that wouldn't have turned out nearly as well without good solid info like what was in "how to fiberglass boats" i think it was and "fiberglass boat repair manual". good stuff. with all the hardware they have for v drive boats that i can't easily seem to find elsewhere and plans for boats that keep the fire lit in my imagination, i'm sure i'll be ordering from them again multiple times in the future. theres no other place like this around anymore. definitely an original.”
