(April 8, 2016, 9:44 am)Extremely friendly and helpful staff! I rented a car for 10 days and the whole experience was simple and hassle free! Although the online rental is quick and easy to use, I recommend calling instead of renting online. In talking to a representative I was able to save an extra $80 in addition to the money I was already saving by using Budget Rental over other companies. At such a great price I half expected to get what I paid for but boy was I wrong! The Car that they gave me was a Ford Fusion in nearly perfect condition with some awesome features. Excellent Customer Service is clearly valued at Budget Rental and that is why I will be sticking with them in my future travels!
