“My eye exam overall was great - very informative! Dr. Amanda La was very nice and took the time to educate me through her findings. What would have made the overall experience excellent and more beneficial would have been to know what exams the appointment includes and the duration of each exam so the patient/customer is aware that there is no cushion time within the allotted appointment. There is a 10 minute grace period for tardy patients which I think is nice to offer; however, if you are more than 1 minute late from the scheduled time then you already cannot receive one of the exams offered. Perhaps this is something to keep in mind for scheduling appointment times; not sure if this falls under the doctor's practice or Target.”

“Dr. Sean is awesome. He explained everything in plain English during the initial exam and while administering adjustments. He has helped all of my family members with multiple athletic ailments, such as Plantar Fasciitis, torn meniscus, and back and shoulder pain from pitching. Everyone in the office is great. They welcome us every time with a smile and truly care how we are doing. We don't fee like patients, we feel like part of the family.”

“Today I had a really bad toothache and my general Dentist informed me that I needed a root canal. She referred me to Dr. Hayashi at Rossmoor Dental Group. When I arrived, they greeted me immediately and within 20 minutes had me all signed in and ready to see Dr.Hayashi, who is the Endodontist, ( root canal specialist).The dental assistant that took care of me was very caring and knowledgeable, she made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Hayashi came in within minutes after I was seated and before I knew it I was done and out of pain. He was very nice and never made me feel like an imposition, even though I was fit in his schedule as an emergency. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs, everyone was very nice and helpful!”

Let me just say he knows what he's doing , I tell him what is bothering me at the time of my visit and he takes the time to work that spot after my regular adjustments and I can't ask for more . I have very little money for my self after my bills are paid every month but I choose to hang out 4 times a month with Dr. Ly at the joint . give him a chance to hang with you and you'll make a new best friend to . I feel better then I have felt in years and have been going to joint for 3 or 4 months now. “Well i been to the dentist a few times and let me just say this about Rossmoor Family Dentistry. I was very pleased with my Deep Cleaning Doctor Vu is awesome when it comes down to his work and he takes the time to explain in detail what was done to you. Ive never had a cleaning so well done. that's because most other dentist just gave me the run around and i never got what i wanted and never quality work. I don't have insurance but they have a great financial aid called care credit, this helped me get my treatment paid for. I was blessed in finding this humble place!! The staff are amazing and enjoy their job while always caring about the patient. This Dentistry is a real upgrade unlike the corporations. This office dedicates themselves into actually HELPING YOU! Now I'm waiting to get braces and I hope I could comment on Dr. Duc (whose doing my Braces for me) about my experience once I finish. I'm happy to say I've finally found a permanent Dental Office.”
