“This location is awesome! Very nice guys that work there. All of them. Super quick oil change service and you can get coupons from the jiffy lube website too. I came in last minute couple hours closing and it was no problem to take me in. They will let you sit in your car if you want to while they do the oil change. The shop is not showing from street view, so when you see Jack in the Box, turn in there and its right behind it. Thank you!”

“The gentlemen here always treat us right. Although it feels busy and crowded in their corner location, we are always given prompt service. We are given upfront options and choices and have never been overcharged. In fact, the last time my daughter's car needed help they pumped up her tires, taught her how to reset the "low tire" alert and sent on our way with no charge at all. That says a lot about a place. You could say we are lifers.”

“Took my car to Midas right next door to Purrfect Auto Care because it wouldn't go in to gear. The shop manager at Midas refused to work on my car saying it's too hard of a job since they have to work on a part underneath the steering wheel. I was basically told the same thing at another shop next door called Irvine Auto Care. Eventually Took it next door to Purrfect Auto Care and they had the car ready the next day. They were honest and charged me a fair price for a job that Midas and Irvine Auto Care refused without even really looking at anything or listening to the issue. Purrfect Auto Care was professional, honest, fair and quick. They are five star in my book.”

“I was really impressed with this place and wish I had found them sooner! They gave me the best price of any other businesses I called, had the best deal for Smog testing (pass or don't pay, whereas most other businesses will charge you again or possibly give you a second test free if you fail the first), and they had a free car wash included with vacuums for the interior!! My car also had been sitting for awhile and I had to recharge the battery, and this is the only smog shop that actually gave me a drive cycle to do for my car instead of telling me to drive for 100, 200, 1000+ miles. The guy who tested my car was also really nice, and the whole test was over in less than 10 minutes. Also super convenient location next to the 5. I would definitely come back to this place for any other smog tests in the future!”

“Go here, I had a terrible experience trying to get my vehicle smogged and while sitting at lunch someone overheard me and suggested that I try it out. Not disappointed at all! Super friendly, price was absolutely reasonable and what I was willing to pay, and I didn't even have to wait. I will definitely be coming back for more things and maybe to have my vehicle detailed.
