Total MMA studios is a great gym, I recommend it to anybody. The 6 Week Warrior Challenge is a great way to set and attain your personalized goals. My mind feels sharp, my body looks sharp and my confidence certainly was raised throughout my training. Intense training, fun learning and a great environment to thrive. Great coaches. Great staff. Great community. Great experience.

Just finished the six-week challenge and can’t speak more highly of this gym! They have a great culture with the staff and people there. I really enjoyed the Muay Thai classes and appreciate that they allowed us to be immersed in the MMA world for six whole weeks. Looking forward to supporting this gym in the future. My experience at Total MMA was beyond amazing. Joining the 6-week challenge made me regain my strength, get lean, build muscle, and feel great again. The coaches and staff are super friendly and great at what they do. I would definitely recommend the challenge for anyone who’s ready to get back into action and break a sweat.

I would like to first off say thank you for the opportunity of being a part of the family at TotalMMA Studios. I went from 12.5% body fat down to 9.0% body fat so yes guys this is the place for those of you who have plateaued. Those who are looking to start getting into shape now, I highly recommend trying the challenge and as long as you have the drive and passion to be better you will become so much happier and fit! The staff is great and there are people who have been going there for years who are absolutely great to be around as they are supportive of your journey! I’m any case, I highly recommend this studio out to those who are ready to embark on a new journey and who want to learn to kick some @$$!!
