“I had some banking issues and went to our local Chase Bank on Horizon Road here in Rockwall. I usually just do drive thru and ATM but this time I had to go in because of my situation. Marsha greeted me at the door. They were super busy but she listened to me explain what was going on patiently. I got a little emotional because I had been waiting on a deposit to hit my account and it was delayed. In the meantime I had automatic drafts coming out leaving me in a terrible spot. She was able to calm me down and assured me everything would be ok. She immediately looked at my account and helped me with a resolution. Marsha is amazing! She was very understanding and professional. I hope she knows and feels how important she is to Chase Bank. Beau did my intake but to this day he still calls me to check in and see if I need anything. The place is pretty laid back in terms of not treating people like kids but still hold you accountable. Groups are cool but the therapy with Chandra has taken me leaps into a happy sobriety, this place is more about how to live a meaningful life rather than just not do drugs. All in all the staff are great to work with you'd be surprised how many people that you thought didn't even knew you existed come to your side when you're struggling!! I actually ended up extending my stay when it was time to graduate.”
