“My legs were aching because one time I over did it with leg day for exercise. I woke up that following morning and my legs were very sore. It hurt just to go from sitting position to standing. I needed to be able to walk around that weekend and I was able to make an appointment that very day. When I went in the afternoon they were kind and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The procedure was painless and relaxing. I was there for less than an hour. It was worth it considering the last time I did something like this I needed an entire weekend to recover. I’m going to watch more carefully my exercise routine but I know where to go if I ever overdo it again. Side note – Dr. Theresa is very friendly and I like that each patient is given privacy here.”

But what does having a nice looking office have to do with quality care? I received reminder calls to make my appointment as well as a reminder call 4 days before my appointment. The receptionist was consistent in doing so. I finally got called in for my appointment and met Dr. Roger Nguyen. This is my first time meeting him but yet he spoke to me as if we were mutual. He didn't make me feel like I had a problem. But instead, sat down and listened to what I had to say before giving me his medical advice. During my consultation he asked about my profession and what I do because my condition could be work related. I felt so welcomed! This office really took their time in making sure I made it to my appointment. I read the previous reviews and whether or not it's true, I'm sure to say they improve.
