The employees are abundant, knowledgeable about products and their locations, and always willing to help answer questions. This City of Industry floor plan was a bit different than the normal floor plan and going there for the first time did take me longer to locate the items I needed, however the 2nd and 3rd times I had been there I had gotten familiar with where things were. The only thing I can say negatively about this location is the ways in and out of the parking lot are tiny and can get congested because there are other places to eat and ship close by.”

At the time of purchase we informed the sales person that I would pick up the items at their warehouse. After we left the store my wife looked at the receipt and noticed we were charged $100.00 for Guardian for each recliner. An additional $200.00 for something we did not ask for. The sales person didn’t even ask if it was something we were interested in purchasing. She took it upon herself to pad the sale. Needless to say we are not happy.”
