“Dr Chung is a very efficient, thorough surgeon. I have never seen another doctor of his kind, who really cares about the patient and curing them instead of making patients go through all the administrative hurdles themselves. He answers HIS OWN CALLS and is super easy to text him too. The first time I called, he picked his own phone up - this was a miracle!!!! no need to jump umpteen hoops just to get a appointment to talk/meet the doctor! He knows clearly what he is doing, does a very clean, thorough, detailed job ( can hardly see a line where the surgery was done); is available to answer any questions we may have. On surgery day, he came in 1 hr earlier, checked in on me couple of times at various stages and once surgery was done, personally went and met my husband who was outside and conveyed how well the surgery went and that I was already waking up! Such a relief and personal touch as opposed to all the mechanized voices or care we get while trying to find a general surgeon; I had some horrible interactions with other general surgeons staff who treats the patients who are calling as commodities and just don't care even to call back after repeated voice mails or attempts to reach their office. After dealing with those offices, working with Dr. Nathan Chung answering call and ease with which appointments for meetings/surgery and everything was done end to end, was like a cold gentle breeze on an extremely hot, humid day. Dr Chung, thank you for being so caring and patient centric during these times; thank you for a very pleasant, efficient surgery experience.”

“I was greeted upon arrival, the nurse did the initial tests promptly and without any delay. Dr. Chen was extremely nice - a doctor you come across once every blue moon, he was very welcoming, charming, kind and had great attitude. He did a thorough test of my eyes and inquired about my health and medications. He explained to me his observations and recommended solutions. The sales lady showed me options of glasses I could buy but didn't push me to a specific one. Overall , very nice experience. Highly recommend this place.”

“If you only read one one line of this review, I recommend Pacific Foot and Ankle with complete confidence. The doctor/surgeon Dr. Dahl and my office point of contact Jasmine were the most genuine and caring people I have EVER delt with in the medical field. I was primarily under the care of Dr. Chase Dahl, with Jasmine assisting in records. Both of which were so fantastic that I had to stop myself from telling them "I love you" on multiple occasions lol. After getting a severe fracture of a metatarsal I did some research and found Pacific Foot and Ankle center. They are not local to me, quite far away honestly (and expensive with tolls) but it was completely worth it. The office is clean and modern. I was able to do the majority of my paperwork ahead of time, digitally. I didn't deal with a calling tree, and easily spoke to a human every time I called. When I did leave a message after calling during after-hours, I received a prompt call back. EVERY SINGLE PERSON I spoke to was kind and considerate. Wait times were quick and all staff was friendly. I am new to PPO's and asked quite a few questions that may be obvious for most people, but I always received a clear and easy to understand answer without every feeling like I was being spoken down to. I needed fairly urgent surgery to avoid complications, and the surgeons; Dr. Dahl and Dr. Peterson, as well as the records person, Jasmine worked hard to get me the soonest possible appointment. Communication was honest and transparent, and I felt like I was being given the complete picture and total honesty from the start. I never felt like I was being "upsold" on surgery I didn't need. The surgery was smooth and painless, and I felt well informed about the operation ahead of time. Post-op instructions were clear, and I was given clear contact information in the case of anything unusual or concerns. AT THE FAULT OF MY PHARMACY I encountered an issue with picking up medication post op. Dr. Dahl stayed in communication with me from the moment I let them know there was an issue, and worked hard to ensure that the issue was resolved. It was quite late at night, so I can only assume that he was working "off the clock" and taking from their personal time the ensure I wasn't suffering, truly going above and beyond. I am so grateful. I want to emphasize, these aren't only good doctors. They are good people. I spoke briefly with Brooke in financing and she was also kind, and helped me understand billing in a straightforward way. Every interaction I had at Pacific Foot and Ankle exceeded my expectations. If I ever need a podiatrist I will certainly return, and will recommend unconditionally. Dr. Dahl, Dr. Peterson, Jasmine, and the entire team. Thank you.”

Stacy was super professional and kept us constantly updated on the clean up process. It was incredible how much they were able to clean up in such a short amount of time. They discarded a ton of old furniture and trash before they even started cleaning. BCT went above and beyond in service and made what would be a rather difficult process very easy and efficient. “I had a root canal today by Dr. Angela Hsiao. She was fantastic! There was absolutely no pain!!! Wow, I'm so happy and amassed as I had a root canal years ago and it was awful so I was a little apprehensive about getting one but knew I had to. Dr. Angela Hsiao was so gentle and the procedure was so painless! Wow!!! i felt so good afterwards that I was even able to continue my hike home instead of getting a ride. If you need a root canal, all I can say is you will be VERY happy if you go to Dr. Angela Hsiao. Thanks for a very positive root canal experience today! I hope I won't need another one ever, but if I do, hopefully you will still be practicing oral surgery! Thanks! The office staff was very nice too. The front desk was awesome too.
