I was so excited about seeing results and enjoyed the group classes so much that I convinced my husband to start going here too! Edgar is kind and extremely knowledgeable about all things fitness and diet. While I was pregnant, Edgar helped me modify workouts but still keep building my strength and endurance. There are a lot of classes on the schedule so I can always find a time to attend. Classes are small so that you get personal attention but can also have space to focus. Edgar gently corrects your form to make sure that you’re getting a great workout and learning the techniques. He works hard to make sure the workouts are varied and well-rounded. There is lots of fun equipment and the place is VERY clean! Everyone who goes here is really nice too!”

“I cannot recommend Dr. Melikian enough. I live in Alaska and I was trying to connect with a surgeon to do a two level artificial disc replacement. I was impressed by Dr. Melikians education and training, but also very surprised by the wonderful reviews I read from his previous patients. From our first virtual visit I could see why his patients are so satisfied with him- he was calm, he presented options, he always provided enough time to answer my questions, and I never felt pressured to move forward with surgical intervention. Once I decided to move forward with surgery, his assistant Cecilia was a pleasure to work with and always answered my questions and emails promptly. She truly made the scheduling and preparation seamless. Then when it came to surgery, the DISC surgery center was clean and comfortable, and the staff was absolutely wonderful.
