“I love OC Fitness Mama and I train with the Owner Stacy Rae, she is awesome and will customize your work out. If you have an ailment that prevents you from doing something she will give you an alternate option. She is very good and "fixing" you if you are not doing the exercise properly which is what I need. She is also motivating and wants you to succeed, she is very experienced and loves what she does. I go 3 x a week and it is a great way to start my mornings. “Got a groupon for this place and thought I would try it out. Overall it was excellent. Only my second time ever getting IV hydration and the first time it was a little sketchy. This place is legit. The staff was professional and friendly. I felt great after the infusion. I was starting to feel a little sick two days before and I think it really helped me not get sick. Parking was plentiful which was pleasant surprised since it seems like every other business in Laguna Beach only has two parking spots. And it was cool being able to be infused while looking out at the ocean. Will definitely get hydration here again!”

“New Existance was my 7th Rehab facilty in 5 years. It was also my last recovery facility.Each road to recovery is unique but it should lead to a life of being clean and sober. I attended New Existance in June of 2017. I wanted to spend my Birthday clean and sober. After one week and the day after my birthday i relasped. I was done. I had to meet with the owner to determine what i wanted to do and my options. After talking to the owner...Dylan and hearing his road to recovery. I decided i wanted to try again. Dylan and the staff truly encouraged me and showered me with love and kindness i had never felt in any other rehab facility.
