She customized approach to cater customers' needs, and will ask feedback after each set of exercise. She corrects my posture in detail, which is reaaaaally important for me to get improvement. Pilates is focused on body control, which is not easy, actually super difficult. If instructor just teachs you everything by mouth without correcting you with hand, it's impossible for beginner to get the correct pilate posture. Without the correct posture, you might hurt yourselt even doing a simple exercise. Doi will absolutely not let that happen. She will point out all your wrong movement and guide you to correct it. My only concern is that all trainees are female except me every time when I go there. Feel so embarrassed. Wish more mans come to learn.”
