I have been unmotivated because of long work hours and little time and as a result, I have a lot more fat on my body than normal. The thought of being able to lose at least 4% body fat in just 6 weeks and the fact that I only need to work out about 35 minutes a day excited me. The first moment I stepped inside, my mouth dropped. The paint job on the walls are amazing and the music makes me want to dance nonstop. This is definitely way better than any other gym or fitness club I've been to. It's much more fun, but they're serious about getting you the results you're looking for. The trainers are so friendly and always willing to help. I'm super shy, but everyone there makes me feel so comfortable. The workouts are awesome and they go by so quickly! You definitely come out of there feeling amazing. I've just started my challenge and already I'm feeling the difference! I'm definitely looking forward to every workout and excited for my bikini body!”
