“i clean my carpet at list twice a year (2 dogs and a Husband LOL) my biggest problem was that the stains would come back a week or two later and it would take at least a day to dry ! Elly from Quick dry introduce me to a new process to clean the carpet called encapsulation i didn't understand it fully at first but he said it will dry in about 3 hours and the stain will not come back ...i am writing this review over a mount since the cleaning and it looks like those guys were here yesterday .. by far the best carpet cleaning i had!”

“This is a great store to come into if you've had some water damage if you just want to go in and talk to them and ask them about an estimate or check out the trucks that they use you will be very impressed I checked him out because my water heater broke and it got all over my carpet so if you're interested give them a call or go by there store on Hamilton and Huntington Beach very easy to find plenty of parking and they are very helpful regular business hours”

However, when I showed up right before closing with wash that I did not do there and needed to dry, the couple that cleans the place, cheerfully allow me to use their dryers and waited for me to make sure my clothes were dry before they even left!! I WILL ALWAYS go to this laundromat! Customer service means everything to me!!!”

“This is a great laundry mat. It’s very clean and interiorly appealing. What keeps me coming back is the staff, staff like Tina. Tina was very nice and easy to talk to. I had my 8 month old son in a stroller and she was very helpful. She repeatedly checked in on me and asked me if there was anything I needed. Coins aren’t required and you can start a tab and pay at the end with debit/credit card which is pretty convenient. I highly recommend.”
