“We had a very expensive wool rug which was damaged from a water leak into the garage. I called OC Rugs and had an appraisal done which really helped with my insurance claim. I also had my rug cleaned and restored. The owner of this company called me on several occasions to update me in regards to the insurance claim and personally spoke to my insurance adjuster to get me the most to help pay for my rug appraisal and restoration. This company picked up and delivered my rug in a timely manner . I am very pleased with the expertise and experience this company offered to me at what was a difficult situation to deal with . I highly recommend OC RUG to anyone who needs an appraisal or repair to their rug . Also recommend making your purchase of a fine rug at this business it is hard to find a business that will be willing to work hard for the consumer. “I was referred to Brett's Home Services by ACE hardware store. Brett was very professional and speedy. The six window screens were ready within a day. Unfortunately I myself couldn't put them back in the windows and contacted Brett. He kindly sent a wonderful young man (very polite and courteous) who came by and placed them for me at no charge. This was a very pleasant service received, the good old fashion way. I will be visiting Brett for two sliding window screens soon. I do not typically leave comments but this is a very well deserved review. Excellent service...”
