Kitchen is not back to serving yet since the pandemic but it was very deliciously previously. You are able to buy food and bring inside. A short walks distance to the beach and other North Beach places of interest, recommend stopping in for a drink!”

“This is a nice local bar and restaurant. Pretty small, but clean. Not fancy, and located in the small San Clemente DMV strip center. The menu is somewhat limited, but I have had the cheeseburger and slaw twice, and it is excellent. The slaw is very fresh, and not overly dressed with mayo. My wife has had two different hotdogs, and they were also good. Ditto for the tacos. The chicken and cheese quesadilla yesterday was also tasty. The drinks are reasonably priced, and they have a nice selection of draft beers. They also have a brown bag mystery beverage that I have seen others purchase, which is fun. The owners are always on sight working hard to give their customers good service, and their bartender is a real nice guy. We like to give our business to smaller companies striving to do well by their customers, and these owners fit that category nicely. I recommend Shorecliffs Bar and Grill highly.”

I had their Ravioli special of the day and the fillings and sauce were delicious. Another special was their potato and Artichoke soup, also very flavorful and so homemade tasting! “Yelp Reviews: Quarantine Edition #97 A solid sandwich but perhaps not worth the premium. Sometimes you just want a sandwich. I was on the Santa Ana-Tustin border and this came up on a quick Yelp search. Scanned the menu and 2 classics stuck out: the Ultimate Patty Melt and the Reuben. Asking the cashier which of the 2 is more popular and the cook chimed in and said I should get the Patty Melt. Instead of just a burger patty, cheese, and grilled onions, the Ultimate Patty Melt also had Boar's Head bacon, avocado, tomato, and Thousand Island dressing. Pretty dressed up for a Patty Melt but I don't know if it's $12 good. What I do like is how they give you a oatmeal cookie-Snickerdoodle thing along with your sandwich. That, along with a Yelp Check In deal for a free Juicy Peach Iced Tea, makes it worth a return visit.”
